Alternator is act as a generator whereby converts mechanical energy to electrical energy. In layman's term, alternator generates and supply electrical current for all electrical component needed by the vehicles.
Starter motor is act as an electrical motor converts from electrical energy to mechanical energy to initiate the engine operation of the vehicles. In layman's term, starter motor act as switch whereby to crank or start the engine of the vehicles.
A distributor is a device in the ignition system of an internal combustion engine that routes high voltage from the ignition coil to the spark plugs in the correct firing order. In laymen term, the ignition system distributor spreads electricity to the proper cylinder.
